Hon. Bill Marmion BE MBA MLA
Minister for Finance; Mines and Petroleum
A civil engineer by profession (he also holds a Masters in Business Administration), Mr Marmion spent many years working for the state government agency responsible for Western Australian roads. Much of his time was spent in regional Western Australia, including the Goldfields and the Kimberley.
As an engineer, Mr Marmion served as President of the WA Division of Engineers Australia and for 3 years prior to entering Parliament in 2008, was the Chairman of the Engineering Excellence Awards for the State. His current portfolios are Mining and Petroleum, and Finance.
Mr Kieran Kinsella
Chief Executive Officer – Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority
Kieran was appointed to the position of CEO of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority in June 2012. Kieran will play a central role in the transformation and renewal of the metropolitan area with projects from Elizabeth Quay, Perth City Link and Riverside, to the continued redevelopment of Midland, Armadale and Subiaco.
Over the last 25 years he has gained extensive senior management experience in both the Federal and State Government public services in a wide range of disciplines including urban renewal, statutory planning, economic and community development, strategic and regional planning, regional development and employment and training.
